    Raven Kennedy ↠ 2 Summary

Die gesamte Reihe ist der absolute Wahnsinn! Nimmt man das Buch einmal in die Hand, kann man es nicht mehr weglegen und muss es in einem Rutsch inhalieren. Glint (The Plated Prisoner Series Book 2) This may have just become my new favourite fantasy series. We learn so much about Auren and her transformation into the Gilded One through this book. We also get to see her begin to break out of her cage, pun absolutely intended. She's grown so much over the weeks in this book and even may have made some new allies. Or has she?I hope book 3 comes out soon because I'm DESPERATE for answers! Glint (The Plated Prisoner Series Book 2) Having been ambushed and kidnapped by the Red Raids, and then consequently bought by the Fourth Kingdom’s army, Auren is understandably frightened and exhausted. Constantly keeping up her guard, missing Midas, mourning the loss of Sail, and trying dutifully not to let Rip’s words plant the seeds of doubt in her mind and her heart is all taking its toll. The Fourth army keep treating her well though, she even feels like she’s built a sort of camaraderie with some of the soldiers something she can’t claim about the other royal saddles. No matter how much she tries to help or befriend them, they have nothing but hatred and contempt for her.And then there’s Rip. He constantly makes her question her life with Midas, and underneath it all makes her feel something for him that she’s not ready to acknowledge. Will King Ravinger give her back to Midas? Or will he start a war starring Auren as collateral damage?I was so torn over my feelings for Auren in this one! She is so so soooo naive, to the point that I just wanted to shake her and scream in her face! But in a way I understand it. She’s been with Midas since she was 15. She doesn’t know any different and he is the first person that was kind to her. That looked after her.We get a few chapters from Queen Malina’s POV and one from Midas’ in this book. At first I sympathised with Malina but honestly she’s just another privileged, entitled, snobby, miserable, manipulative monarch.I absolutely loved the members of the Fourth that we got to know. Their bond and loyalty was wonderful and unwavering. They treated Auren like an equal, not a prisoner, even tried to help her and train her.I did guess Auren’s big secret but I did NOT see the twist at the end coming!Book 3, here I come! Glint (The Plated Prisoner Series Book 2) I think it was Janice that said OH.MY.GOD. I'm definitely sharing the sentiment when my thoughts go to this book. Okay, first things first though; you need to be a bit patient with this on. Unlike Gild, which drops facts in every chapter, this one is Glint (The Plated Prisoner Series Book 2) We started right where we left off in Gild and are now in the enemys army camp with the infamous Commander Rip. Auren is yet again a prisoner but now her whole self is being questioned and she has to confront some truths she kept hidden for a long time.. So Glint (The Plated Prisoner Series Book 2)

I really enjoyed the second book in The Plated Prisoner series and look forward to reading the rest. While I sometimes find the main character a little annoying, the way the plot twists towards the end promises the arrival of intrigue and budding of heads in the Glint (The Plated Prisoner Series Book 2) Der erste Teil war nicht sooo gut und ich habe gebraucht, um in die Geschichte zu kommen. Aber mit der Zeit wurde es immer besser und der zweite Teil hat mich gefangen genommen. Ich konnte das Buch kaum weglegen und bin gespannt auf den nächsten Teil Glint (The Plated Prisoner Series Book 2) I'm mad. Like really mad, I'm mad at Auren, mad at Midas, mad at Rip, I'm mad at Raven because I have to wait (I'm not really mad please keep writing 😭) But for the rest gahd I haven't had so much feelings in a book for a long time. Auren really made me mad a Glint (The Plated Prisoner Series Book 2) So, as of the last book, Auren is in the hands of the enemy. Or so she thinks. The fourth kingdom was provoked by Midas and now wants to use Auren as bargaining chip. What their king wants to achieve exactly is not really clear. Being with the enemy, turns Glint (The Plated Prisoner Series Book 2) I swear this story just gets and addictive the longer you read it. I don't know how to describe it without spoilers, to make you read it. It's unbelievable gripping,  suspenseful and thrilling story. The amount of unpredictable events and Glint (The Plated Prisoner Series Book 2)
